What does the recruitment process look like?

If you want to apply for a job abroad using our agency – send documents today by email or conveniently apply through our HR system. We will need a CV in Polish or German as well as work certificates/references

We will contact you

Within a few days our recruiter will contact you and conduct the first interview – s/he will verify the data contained in the CV, ask about job offers interesting for you, answer your questions. You will be able to find out the details of our job offers.

We will send your CV

In the next stage your CV will be sent to the employer.

We will arrange a recruitment interview

If the employer is interested in your candidacy – we will arrange a recruitment interview in German. The conversation will take place by phone or instant messenger.

We sign a contract and you start work

If both you and the employer are interested in cooperation – we sign a contract and you start working!
