What does the recruitment process look like?

1. Submit your documents

Send your CV in Polish or German and your employment certificates/references by email or via our HR system.

2. We will contact you

Within a few days, our recruiter will conduct an initial interview, verify your CV, and present the details of the offers.

3. We will send your CV

Your resume will be sent to an employer that matches your qualifications.

4. Job interview

If the employer is interested, we will arrange an interview in German by phone or online.

5. Signing the contract

After mutual acceptance, we sign the contract and you start working!

Frequently asked questions

We offer positions with accommodation – both free of charge and for a fee, depending on the terms of the offer.

We do not organize transportation to work, which is why most job offers require you to have your own car. However, there are positions where this is not necessary, thanks to convenient public transportation or close proximity to the workplace. Additionally, in some job offers, mainly in the construction industry, transportation is provided by the employer.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets with you. We usually suggest that you use company accommodation at first, and then, once you are there, look for private accommodation and only then bring your pet.

Our clients provide support in official matters, including the organization of tax classes in Germany.

The distance between the workplace and accommodation may vary, depending on the availability of company apartments. We always try to keep you informed about this. Sometimes the accommodation is very close, but it is usually no more than 20 km from the workplace.

Yes, it is fully legal. The company operates in accordance with applicable labor laws, and employment is based on a contract, which ensures full legality and compliance with employment regulations.
